ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ACCOUNT DIRECTOR WITH BAGS OF B2B EXPERIENCE.

We have a great client list across some of the biggest names in the business and are looking for someone who is excited by the idea of being part of something that’s growing, helping to drive and deliver our group B2B focus and ambitions.

You will be a key senior member of our client services team from the get-go taking full responsibility of all client comms and leading a small but dynamic account team. You will be the crucial link between our clients and the entire agency team.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

– Client briefs

– Developing strategies and crafting proposals that tell a story

– The creative process

– Content marketing programmes and campaign architectures

– Budgets/financial planning

– Managing and developing team members

– Contributing and taking part in Masterclasses

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

– Experience in delivering integrated B2B campaigns from strategy to execution across EMEA

– Experience in inbound marketing, automation systems, ABM programmes, content marketing, syndication and amplification

– Diverse knowledge in social platforms, web analytic tools and social marketing applications

– At least 4 years’ experience of managing multiple B2B projects and campaigns

– A track record of growing accounts

– The ability to forge and establish new client account relationships

– Excellent verbal, written and presenting skills

– A passion for new technology and tools

– Excellent negotiator

– Ability to work with client teams across EMEA

– Strong people management
